New Client Policy
I UNDERSTAND THAT A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT IS REQUIRED.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THE APPROPRIATE "CLIENT INTAKE FORM" MUST BE FILLED OUT AND MARKED "COMPLETE" BY BITCHIN' BEAUTY PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
Wax + HoneyPot Spa Cancellation Policy
I UNDERSTAND THAT A 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELING MY SCHEDULED WAX SERVICE(S) IS REQUIRED.
I UNDERSTAND THAT CANCELING WITH LESS THAN A 48 HOUR NOTICE OF MY APPOINTMENT TIME I FORFEIT MY 50% DEPOSIT AND A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO REBOOK.
WITH APPROPRIATE NOTICE THE DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD AND PUT TOWARD YOUR RESCHEDULED APPOINMENT.
Glam Cancellation Policy

I UNDERSTAND THAT CANCELING WITH LESS THAN A 48 HOUR NOTICE OF MY APPOINTMENT DATE I FORFEIT MY 50% DEPOSIT.
WITH APPROPRIATE NOTICE THE DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD AND PUT TOWARD YOUR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
If you're running late..
I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I AM 10 MINUTES LATE FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME THERE WILL BE A $10 FEE ADDED TO SERVICE TOTAL.
I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I AM 15 MINUTES LATE MY APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND MY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

IF YOU ARE RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE 50% OF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

How old do I have to be to get a Brazilian wax?
You must be at least 18 years old to be waxed.
All minors must have a parent sign our Policy + Client Intake Forms at the time of booking.
How long does my hair have to be in order to get waxed?
Hair has to be at least 1/4" - 1/2" long. Allow at least 2-3 weeks of growth to achieve this length.
How many waxes does it take to get on my hair growth cycle?
Your first wax will not be your smoothest wax! It takes about 4-5 waxes to achieve the cleanest, smoothest wax possible this is because our hair grows in cycles. No shaving in between services is crucial to get on your hair growth cycle.

By purchasing or accessing the Courses, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Courses for your personal educational purposes only.
Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to: Print, copy, reproduce, distribute, or transfer any portion of the Courses.

Termination:
